Billing Administrator Olivia Jackson Retires

Congratulations to our newly retired EMS Billing Administrator, Olivia Jackson!
Olivia came to EMS in 2002 after working for Haywood Regional Medical Center in their billing department, which at the time handled Haywood EMS’s billing.
Through her diligent efforts, Haywood EMS’s billing collections have been some of the highest in the state. She has also guided and outlasted six EMS directors over the years.
Olivia’s last day here at Haywood EMS was Tuesday, November 22. Her retirement party was well attended by friends, family and coworkers from near and far.
We will miss you, OJ! We wish you well!
